Hey guys! I haven’t posted on here much recently because I’ve been spending most of my free time training. For what exactly, you may ask?
On 12th June 2016 I will be running the London 5K Colour Run! This will be my first proper run, and along with two of my close friends, I am raising money for Mind, the mental health charity!
I suffer from severe anxiety and depression, and Mind is one of the best charities in the UK for mental health, so I really want to help others likes me and give back to them for all that they did for me.
So please, it doesn’t have to be much, I really don’t want to be asking this but its all for such a good cause - if you could, I would appreciate it so much for you to donate as much as you like :)
